摘　　要：河南是中华文明的重要发源地和传承地,更好地保护、传承和活化呈现中原文化,是国家文化数字化的战略任务,也是河南社会经济发展的时代要求。从成果共享、数据安全、消费需求和数字治理四个方面,厘清了河南文化数字化对国家文化数字化战略的价值,论证了数字技术创新对河南优势再造所产生的扩大文化消费需求、推进公共文化服务均等化、铸牢中华民族共同体意识和传承历史文化四个现实必然逻辑,并循此提出以新质生产力推进河南文化数字化高质量发展的实践进路。Henan is an important birthplace and inheritance place of Chinese civilization.Better protecting,inheriting and revitalizing the Central Plains culture is a strategic task for the digitalization of national culture and a requirement for the social and economic development of Henan.From the perspectives of achievement sharing,data security,consumer demand and digital governance,the value of Henan's cultural digitization to the national cultural digitization strategy has been clarified.It has been demonstrated that digital technology innovation can expand cultural consumption demand,promote equalization of public cultural services,strengthen the sense of community of the Chinese nation and inherit historical culture,which are the inevitable logics of Henan's advantage reconstruction.Based on this,a practical approach has been proposed to promote the high-quality development of Henan's cultural digitization with new quality productive forces.
