摘 要:目的 探讨计划、执行、检查和改进(PDCA)循环联合分层级管理提高护理人员对多重耐药菌(MDRO)防控措施依从性的效果。方法 选取2023年2月—2024年2月金乡县人民医院的60名护理人员,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组30名。对照组采取常规管理,观察组采取PDCA循环联合分层级管理,比较管理前后两组对MDRO知识掌握情况、知信行水平和依从性评分。结果 管理后,观察组MDRO基本情况、手卫生和防控措施各项MDRO知识掌握情况得分高于对照组,知识、态度和行为得分高于对照组,手卫生、消毒隔离、医疗用品使用和医疗废物处置各项依从性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PDCA循环联合分层级管理可提高护理人员对MDRO知识掌握情况,纠正护理人员在MDRO防控中的不合理行为,提高护理人员依从性。Objective To explore the effect of plan-do-check-action(PDCA)cycle combined with hierarchical management on improving the compliance of nursing staff with multidrug-resistant organism(MDRO)prevention and control measures.Methods A total of 60 nurses from Jinxiang People's Hospital from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 30 nurses in each group.The control group was given routine management,while the observation group was given PDCA cycle combined with hierarchical management.The scores of MDRO knowledge,knowledge,attitude and behavior level and compliance of the two groups before and after management were compared.Results After management,the scores of MDRO basic situation,hand hygiene and prevention and control measures of MDRO knowledge in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the scores of knowledge,attitude and behavior were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of hand hygiene,disinfection and isolation,medical supplies use and medical waste treatment of compliance were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The PDCA cycle combined with hierarchical management can improve the mastery of MDRO knowledge of nursing staff,correct the unreasonable behavior of nursing staff in MDRO prevention and control,and improve the compliance of nursing staff.
