摘　　要：通过研究高可用船舶自动识别系统(AIS)数据服务的形成和应用,分析高可用AIS数据对海事管理效率提升的影响,对高可用AIS数据形成过程及应用方式、海事监管部门应用高可用AIS数据的方向等方面展开论述,在优化管理决策、船舶避碰管理以及海事监管自动化等方面进行探讨,揭示高可用AIS数据服务在海事管理中的重要作用,提出未来发展方向和面临的挑战,为海事管理效率的提升提供理论支持和思路指导。The research on the development and application of AIS data service with high availability,and studies the influence of such data on improving the efficiency of maritime management.The paper also discusses the development process and application modes of the AIS data with high availability and the direction of its application by the maritime administration.Furthermore,it studies the optimization of management decision,ship collision prevention management and the automatization of maritime supervision,in order to show the important role of AIS data service with high availability in maritime management,propose the direction for future development as well as the challenges,and provide theoretical support and guidance for the improvement of maritime management efficiency.
