摘　　要：地方高校高质量人才培养是高质量高等教育发展中的重要组成部分。新时代新征程上,地方高等教育的发展重心已由一般内涵式发展向高质量内涵式发展转型,应注重育才与育德的高度统一、围绕“学科、学生、学习”发展、聚焦产教融合和科教融汇融入地方发展,但我国地方高校人才培养工作当前存在一些不足,主要表现为盲目追求“大而全”,灌输式的讲授,办学特色虚化。因此,地方高校需要把准人才培养工作高质量发展的内涵,加强立德树人根本任务落实、实施个性化教育、建设卓越教育教学环境、加强教育环节的理论与实践融合,从而全面提升中国式教育现代化的人才培养质量。The cultivation of high-quality talents in local universities is an important component of the development of high-quality higher education.In the new era and new journey,the development focus of local higher education has shifted from general connotation development to high-quality connotation development.We should pay attention to the high unity of talent cultivation and moral education,focus on the development of“disciplines,students,and learning”,and focus on the integration of industry and education and the integration of science and education into local development.However,there are currently some shortcomings in the talent cultivation work of local universities in China,mainly manifested in blind pursuit of“large and comprehensive”and indoctrination style teaching,The characteristics of education have become blurred.Therefore,local universities need to incorporate the connotation of high-quality development of quasi talent cultivation work strengthen the implementation of the fundamental task of moral education,implement personalized education,build an excellent education and teaching environment,and strengthen the integration of theory and practice in the education process,in order to comprehensively improve the quality of talent cultivation in the modernization of Chinese style education.
