摘 要:随着智能技术越来越多地应用于社会实践,数字劳动成为人类生产生活各领域的新的劳动形态,数字劳动者日益庞大。然而,当前数字劳动者面临业态内卷化加剧、劳动者主体性弱化、劳动尊严缺失等结构化困境,为更好地发挥数字劳动的优势,要坚持体面劳动的发展逻辑,回归人的自由全面发展的本质,构建兼顾劳动权益与发展诉求的多元保障机制,进而营造更加包容、更有尊严的工作生态,为人类劳动解放和自由全面发展探寻新的实现路径。This study selects data from A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2013 to 2022 to explore the impacts and mechanism of digital transformation on new quality productive forces.The research results indicate that digital transformation can effectively promote the development of new quality productive forces in enterprises.Further research has found that enterprises can leverage the role of digital transformation more effectively in enhancing new quality productive forces by improving innovation efficiency.Heterogeneity analysis has found that the driving effect of digital transformation on new quality productive forces is more pronounced in enterprises located in the eastern region,non-state-owned enterprises,and hightech industry enterprises.The research results have enriched the theoretical research on digital transformation and new quality productive forces of enterprises,providing decision-making basis for enterprises and local governments to promote the development of new quality productive forces.
