摘 要:在构筑更为紧密中国-东盟命运共同体的时代背景下,东盟来桂高职留学生的人数、国别种类越来越多。基于中国-东盟深化文化交流的必然需要、出海东盟企业急需精通中国文化、掌握精准技术技能人才的迫切需求,以及职业教育国际化发展的现实要求,东盟来桂高职留学生精准培养越来越受到重视。因此,该文针对东盟来桂高职留学生培养存在的跨文化适应能力亟待加强、培养内容亟须提质增效、培养效果亟盼对接需求等问题,探索东盟来桂高职留学生精准培养路径:对接人才需求以提升培养匹配度、以文化人来提升留学生适应度、采取“求同存异”教学管理方式以尊重留学生差异度等,以期提升东盟来桂高职留学生培养的针对性,打造“留学广西”职教品牌。In the context of building a closer China ASEAN community with a shared future,the number and variety of ASEAN vocational students studying in Guangxi are increasing.Based on the inevitable need for deepening cultural exchanges between China and ASEAN,"going out to ASEAN"enterprises urgently need to master Chinese culture and precise technical skills,as well as the practical requirements for the internationalization of vocational education.In response to the urgent need to strengthen cross-cultural adaptability,improve the quality and efficiency of training content,and connect the training effects of ASEAN vocational students studying in Guangxi,we will explore talent matching to enhance the matching of training,use cultural talents to enhance the adaptability of international students,adopt the"seeking common ground while reserving differences"teaching management method to respect the differences of international students,and improve the targeted training of ASEAN vocational students studying in Guangxi,building a"Study Abroad in Guangxi"vocational education brand.
