摘　　要：该文基于扎根理论,通过目的性抽样选取了13名来自东南亚的临床医学专业留学生,旨在探讨他们在学习中医药课程时所遭遇的挑战以及中医药课程的考核通过率问题。研究采用质性研究的方法论,具体运用主题分析法进行半结构化访谈,并借助Colaizzi七步分析法对访谈数据进行深入解析。研究识别出语言障碍、跨文化适应、教学体制差异及医学知识体系差异这四个关键因素,这些因素共同构成了留学生学习中医药的主要困境。在此基础上,该文试图构建一个理论模型,以阐明影响留学生中医药学习困境的各个因素。期望这一模型能够为来华医学留学生提供中医药学术探索过程中的实证支持,并为他们的职业发展路径提供有益的建议。Based on the root theory,13 students of clinical medicine from Southeast Asia were selected through objective sampling,aiming to explore the challenges they encountered in learning TCM courses and the pass rate of TCM courses.The study adopted the methodology of qualitative research,conducted semi-structured interviews by thematic analysis,and made in-depth analysis with the help of Colaizzi's seven-step analysis of the interview data.The study identified four key factors:language barrier,cross-cultural adaptation,differences in teaching system,and differences in medical knowledge system,which together constitute the main dilemma of international students learning TCM.On this basis,this study attempts to construct a theoretical model to clarify various factors influencing the TCM learning dilemma of international students.It is expected that this model can provide empirical support in the academic exploration of TCM for medical students in China and provide useful suggestions on their career development path.
