数智背景下智慧养老服务核心驱动路径研究——基于智能技术服务老年人示范案例的扎根分析

摘　　要：数字化智能化背景下,创新养老服务模式、探索更具人性关怀的智慧养老服务势在必行。本研究关注老年人的现实需要,以14项智慧养老服务优秀示范案例为蓝本,运用扎根理论,对案例经验进行深度挖掘,总结智慧养老服务核心驱动路径。研究结果表明:该路径与我国智慧养老服务发展现状适配,符合并创新性拓展了“社会福利政策分析框架”,在全国范围内具有可推广性、可复制性。通过总结“共性”经验,文章概括性提出加强服务模式及内容创新等发展对策。Under the background of digital intelligence,it is imperative to innovate the old-age service model and explore the smart pension service with more humanistic care.The research focuses on the actual needs of the elderly,based on 14 excellent demonstration cases of smart pension services,the grounded theory is used to deeply explore the case experience and summarize the core driving path of smart pension services.The research results show that the path explore the development status of smart pension services in China;it conforms to and innovatively expands the“social welfare policy analysis framework”,which is replicable and can be promoted nationwide.By summarizing the“common”experience,the development countermeasures such as strengthening service mode and content innovation are put forward.
