不同肠内营养支持策略对老年重症患者生活质量的影响比较

摘　　要：目的探究老年重症患者应用不同肠内营养支持策略对提高生活质量的作用。方法将南通大学附属医院如皋分院自2020年1月-2023年12月收治的60例老年重症患者纳入研究。根据肠内早期营养支持方法不同分为百普力组(n=30)、能全力组(n=30)。比较两组的营养临床指标。结果干预后,百普力组的营养水平、不良反应发生情况及生活质量均优于能全力组(P<0.05)。结论对比能全力营养液,百普力营养液对老年重症患者的作用更好,患者的营养水平改善,不良反应减少,生活质量提高,具有临床借鉴价值。Objective Explore the effect of applying different enteral nutrition support strategies in elderly critically ill patients on improving the quality of life.Methods Sixty elderly critically ill patients admitted to Rugao Branch of Nantong University Affiliated Hospital from January 2020 to December 2023 were included in the study.According to different methods of early enteral nutrition support,they were divided into Renon group(n=30)and Reday group(n=30).The clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the nutritional level,the occurrence of adverse reactions,and the quality of life in the Renon group were all better than those in the Reday group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with Reday nutrient solution,Renon nutrient solution has a better effect on elderly critically ill patients,improving the nutritional level of patients,reducing adverse reactions,and improving the quality of life,which has clinical reference value.
