摘　　要：目的对照研究男性精神分裂症患者与健康人群血清睾酮水平,旨在为掌握其生理性激素水平、揭示疾病生理机制、诊疗方案制定等方面提供科学的参考依据。方法选取2023年2月-2024年2月在上海市民政第一精神卫生中心住院的30-70岁男性精神分裂症患者(n=50,观察组)、同一年龄段的健康男性(n=50,对照组)为研究对象,均检测其空腹血清睾酮水平。探索分析对照组、观察组两者血清睾酮水平。结果观察组空腹血清睾酮水平为(16.74±5.58)nmol/L,高于对照组的(13.06±4.35)nmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与健康人群相比,男性精神分裂症患者血清睾酮水平较高,可为临床诊疗方案制定提供一定依据。Objective To compare the serum testosterone levels of male patients with schizophrenia and healthy people,in order to provide scientific reference for mastering the physiological sex hormone levels,revealing the physiological mechanism of the disease,and formulating diagnosis and treatment plans.Methods Fifty male patients with schizophrenia aged 30-70 years old(observation group,n=50)and 50 healthy men of the same age(control group,n=50)who were hospitalized in Shanghai First Mental Health Center of Civil Affairs from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected.Fasting serum testosterone levels were measured.To explore and analyze the serum testosterone levels of the control group and the observation group.Results The observation group had a significantly higher fasting serum testosterone level than the control group[(16.74±5.58)nmol/L vs.(13.06±4.35)nmol/L],P<0.05.Conclusion Compared with healthy people,the serum testosterone level of male patients with schizophrenia is higher,which can provide a certain basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
