摘  要:五年制临床医学人才培养全过程重在岗位胜任能力的培养,加强临床医学思维能力训练是临床医学人才培养的重要基础,临床医学思维的培养前提是将学习成果贯彻到未来的临床岗位上,基于成果导向的OBE教育理念在临床医学人才培养过程中起到了关键作用,医学生将所学医学知识运用到临床病例的分析过程中,对疾病发病机制进行分析,从而得出准确的诊断结果。以学生为中心,激发学生的学习热情,以基础医学为切入点,从基础到临床进行分析和诊断,加强学生学习成果产出的培养,提高临床医学生的岗位胜任能力。Strengthening the training of clinical medical thinking ability is an important basis for the training of clinical medical talents.The premise of the training of clinical medical thinking is to implement the learning results into the future clinical posts.Outcome-based OBE education concept plays a key role in the training process of clinical medical talents.Medical students apply the medical knowledge they have learned to the analysis of clinical cases,and obtain accurate diagnosis results by analyzing the pathogenesis of diseases.Taking students as the center,stimulating students’enthusiasm for learning,taking basic medicine as the breakthrough point,analyzing and diagnosing from basic to clinical practice,strengthening the cultivation of students’learning outcomes,and improving the competency of clinical medical students.
