通络煎对脑梗死(气虚血瘀型)的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探究通络煎对脑梗死(气虚血瘀型)的临床疗效。方法随机将我院收治的68例脑梗死患者分为两组,每组各34例。对照组行常规治疗,治疗组加用通络煎。对比两组的中医证候积分、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平、日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分。结果治疗2周,两组中医证候积分、NIHSS评分、血浆Hcy水平均降低,且治疗组比对照组低(P<0.05)。治疗后3个月,两组ADL评分均升高,且治疗组比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论通络煎可减轻脑梗死(气虚血瘀型)患者的中医证候表现,降低血浆Hcy水平,改善其神经功能及日常生活能力。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Tongluo decoction in treating cerebral infarction(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type).Methods 68 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 34 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the treatment group received additional treatment with Tongluo decoction.Compare the TCM syndrome score,homocysteine(Hcy)level,activities of daily living(ADL)score,and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome score,NIHSS score,and plasma Hcy level in both groups decreased,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Three months after treatment,both groups showed an increase in ADL scores,with the treatment group being higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Tongluo decoction can alleviate the Traditional Chinese Medicine symptoms of patients with cerebral infarction(qi deficiency and blood stasis type),reduce plasma Hcy levels,and improve their neurological function and daily living ability.
