摘 要:目的 探讨丹参川芎嗪联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死的效果及对脑摄氧能力的影响。方法 选取2021年4月至2023年4月收治的150例急性脑梗死患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组采用常规治疗+依达拉奉,观察组在对照组基础上加用丹参川芎嗪。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的动脉血氧含量(CaO_(2))、脑静脉血氧含量(CjvO_(2))水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的CaO_(2)水平低于对照组,CjvO_(2)水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平高于对照组,神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)水平及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 丹参川芎嗪联合依达拉奉治疗急性脑梗死患者的效果显著,不仅能够改善脑摄氧能力,还能促进受损神经功能的恢复,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its influence on cerebral oxygen uptake capacity.Methods A total of 150 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy+edaravone,and the observation group was treated with salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of oxygen content in arterial blood(CaO_(2))and cerebral jugular venous oxygen content(CjvO_(2))between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the level of CaO_(2) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of CjvO_(2) was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the levels of neuron specific enolase(NSE),glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP)and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride combined with edaravone in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction has significant effect,it can not only improve the cerebral oxygen uptake capacity,but also promote the recovery of damaged nerve function,which is worthy of promotion.
