摘　　要：目的 探究肿痛安胶囊联合甲硝唑芬布芬胶囊治疗中重度牙周炎的效果及对临床症状、炎症因子水平的影响。方法 选取2020年6月至2023年2月在本院接受治疗的109例中重度牙周炎患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(54例)和观察组(55例)。患者均接受常规洁牙,对照组应用甲硝唑芬布芬胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上应用肿痛安胶囊治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗后,观察组的口臭、牙龈红肿、牙龈出血及牙龈疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的牙龈指数(GI)评分、牙周探诊深度(PD)及牙龈卟啉单胞菌(PG)构成比低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 肿痛安胶囊联合甲硝唑芬布芬胶囊可有效改善中重度牙周炎患者的临床症状及牙周指标,降低龈沟液炎症因子水平,提高临床治疗效果。Objective To explore the effect of Zhongtong'an capsules combined with metronidazole and fenbufen capsules in the treatment of moderate to severe periodontitis and its influences on clinical symptoms and inflammatory factors levels.Methods A total of 109 patients with moderate to severe periodontitis who were treated in our hospital from June 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(54 cases)and observation group(55 cases).All patients received routine tooth cleaning,the control group was treated with metronidazole and fenbufen capsules,and the observation group was treated with Zhongtong'an capsules on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of halitosis,gingival swelling,gingival bleeding and gingival pain in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the gingival index(GI)score,probing depth(PD)and the constituent ratio of Porphyromonas gingivalis(PG)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhongtong'an capsules combined with metronidazole and fenbufen capsules can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and periodontal indexes of patients with moderate to severe periodontitis,reduce the level of inflammatory factors in gingival crevicular fluid,and improve the clinical treatment effect.
