急性期规避高蛋白食物较快缓解儿童重症肌无力症状首例报道

摘　　要：回顾性分析2015年1月曾治疗过的1例重症肌无力患儿临床资料.患儿,女,2岁3个月,于就诊1个月前无明显诱因突然出现右眼睑下垂.经北京多家大医院就诊,确诊为"重症肌无力".遂口服常规药物治疗,服药1个月期间眼睑下垂症状无明显改善,并出现频繁呕吐,伴恶心、精神食欲差.予以规避高蛋白食物3天后,患儿肌无力症状完全消失,停药后规避牛奶、鸡蛋,半年内无反复,半年后因食用鸡蛋复发,经严格规避高蛋白食物2天后症状再次消失.本例为国内外首例单纯通过饮食干预使症状得到快速缓解的重症肌无力患儿,为该病的诊治提供了新的思路和研究方向.Retrospective analysis of clinical data of a child with myasthenia gravis who underwent treatment in January 2015.The patient,female,aged 2 years and 3 months,suddenly developed right eyelid ptosis without obvious cause one month before the visit.After seeking medical treatment at several major hospitals in Beijing,the patient was diagnosed with myasthenia gravis.Subsequently,conventional medication was taken orally for treatment.Within one month of taking the medication,there was no significant improvement in the symptoms of eyelid ptosis,and frequent vomiting accompanied by nausea and poor appetite.After avoiding high protein foods for 3 days,the child's muscle weakness symptoms completely disappeared.After stopping the medication,the girl avoided milk and eggs,and there was no recurrence within 6 months.However,after 6 months,the symptoms relapsed due to consuming eggs.After strictly avoiding high protein foods for 2 days,the symptoms disappeared again.This case is the first pediatric patient with myasthenia gravis who achieved rapid relief of symptoms solely through dietary intervention,providing new ideas and research directions for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
