摘 要:目的对比舌侧活动翼矫治器与直丝弓矫治器(SWA)矫治安氏Ⅱ类错颌畸形的效果.方法收集2021年3月-2023年6月本院收治的50例安氏Ⅱ类错颌畸形患者临床资料,根据不同矫治方式分为对照组(n=25)、研究组(n=25),对照组予以SWA进行矫治,研究组予以舌侧活动翼矫治器进行矫治;对比两组患者三个阶段治疗时长;于治疗前、后,比较两组上中切牙的倾斜度(U1-SN)、下颌中切牙-下颌平面角(L1-MP)、上齿槽座角(SNA)、下齿槽座角(SNB)、ANB角(SNA角-SNB角);比较两组治疗后上颌第1磨牙及下颌第1磨牙的移动距离.结果与对照组比,研究组第三阶段时间更长,但第一、二阶段及总时间更短(P<0.05);研究组U1-SN、L1-MP角度下降值均大于对照组,上下颌第1磨牙的移动距离均小于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05);两组SNA、SNB、ANB角度变化值比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论与SWA比较,舌侧活动翼矫治器应用于安氏Ⅱ类错颌畸形中,可缩短治疗时间,提高矫治效果.Objective To compare the effectiveness of lingual active wing appliance and straight wire arch appliance(SWA)in correcting Class II malocclusion.Methods Clinical data of 50 patients with Class II malocclusion admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to June 2023 were collected.They were divided into a control group(n=25)and a study group(n=25)according to different orthodontic methods.The control group was treated with SWA,while the study group was treated with lingual active wing appliance;compare the duration of three stages of treatment between two groups of patients;before and after treatment,compare the inclination of the upper incisors(U1-SN),the angle between the lower incisors and the lower jaw plane(L1-MP),the angle between the upper and lower dental sockets(SNA),the angle between the lower and upper dental sockets(SNB),and the angle between the two groups(SNA angle and SNB angle);compare the movement distance of the maxillary first molar and mandibular first molar between two groups after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the study group had a longer duration in the third stage,but shorter durations in the first,second,and total stages(P<0.05);the decrease in U1-SN and L1-MP angles in the study group was greater than that in the control group,and the movement distance of the first molars in the upper and lower jaws was smaller than that in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05);there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)in the angle changes of SNA,SNB,and ANB between the two groups.Conclusion Compared with SWA,the application of lingual active wing appliance in Class II malocclusion can shorten the treatment time and improve the orthodontic effect.
