探讨替罗非班应用在急性缺血性脑卒中患者治疗中的价值分析

摘　　要：目的评估替罗非班在急性缺血性脑卒中治疗中的效用.方法回顾性分析2023年3月-2024年8月蚌埠市第一人民医院收治的90例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,依据治疗方案分为对照组(45例,接受依达拉奉右莰醇静脉滴注)与观察组(45例,采用微量泵输注替罗非班).对比两组疗效、神经功能(NIHSS评分)、生活质量(BI指数)及安全性.结果观察组治疗总有效率(95.56%)显著高于对照组(86.67%)(P<0.05);治疗后,两组NIHSS评分均下降,但观察组更低;BI指数均上升,观察组更高,差异显著(P<0.05).此外,观察组并发症发生率(13.33%)显著低于对照组(33.33%)(P<0.05).结论替罗非班在急性缺血性脑卒中治疗中表现出色,能显著改善患者神经功能与生活质量,提升疗效,并减少并发症,为治疗优选.Objective To evaluate the efficacy of tirofiban in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 90 patients with acute ischemic stroke admitted to Bengbu First People's Hospital from March 2023 to August 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment plan,they were divided into control group(45 cases,treated with edaravone dexborneol intravenous infusion)and observation group(45 cases,treated with tirofiban micro-pump infusion).The efficacy,neurological function(NIHSS score),quality of life(BI index)and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group(95.56%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(86.67%)(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups decreased,but the observation group was lower,the BI index of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).In addition,the incidence of complications in the observation group(13.33%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(33.33%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Tirofiban has excellent performance in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke,which can significantly improve the neurological function and quality of life of patients,improve the curative effect,and reduce complications.
