摘　　要：目的评估阿帕他胺联合醋酸戈舍瑞林对转移性前列腺癌的有效性和安全性.方法回顾性分析2021年8月-2023年9月于定西市人民医院泌尿外科住院治疗的115例转移性前列腺癌患者为研究对象,对照组60例行传统治疗方案比卡鲁胺联合醋酸戈舍瑞林治疗,实验组55例行新型治疗方案阿帕他胺联合醋酸戈舍瑞林治疗.统计分析两组治疗3个月后tPSA水平变化及PSA应答率、不良反应发生率.结果①治疗3个月后,实验组tPSA水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),实验组应答率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);②治疗3个月,实验组的头痛、腹泻、疲乏、皮疹的不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05).结论阿帕他胺联合醋酸戈舍瑞林治疗转移性前列腺癌具有良好的有效性和安全性,能够改善患者预后,提高生存质量.Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of apatamide combined with goserelin acetate in the treatment of metastatic prostate cancer.Methods From August 2021 to September 2023,115 patients with metastatic prostate cancer who were hospitalized in the Department of Urology at Dingxi People's Hospital were selected as the study subjects.The control group consisted of 60 patients treated with traditional treatment regimen of bicalutamide combined with goserelin acetate,while the experimental group consisted of 55 patients treated with a new treatment regimen of apatamide combined with goserelin acetate.Statistical analysis of changes in tPSA levels,PSA response rate,and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups after 3 months of treatment.Results①After 3 months of treatment,the tPSA level in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the response rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);②The incidence of adverse reactions such as headache,diarrhea,fatigue,and rash in the experimental group treated for 3 months was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Apatamide combined with acetic acid goserelin has good efficacy and safety in the treatment of metastatic prostate cancer,and can improve patient prognosis and quality of life.
