摘　　要：目的对凤仙花的药材及饮片质量标准进行研究.方法对凤仙花的鉴定特性、显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴定、含水量、总灰分、二氧化硫、浸出物、含量等项目进行全面研究.结果凤仙花的薄层色谱鉴别、含量特征突出,具有植物特有性,从而制定了性状、显微鉴别、含水量、总灰分、二氧化硫、浸出物和含量的监控目标.结论为凤仙花设立了性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别项,检查项水分≤13.0%,总灰分≤12.0%,二氧化硫≤150mg/kg,浸出物≥25.0%,含量按干燥品计算,含山柰素(C15H10O6)不得少于1.2%.通过这些统计数据,为凤仙花的质量标准提升提供可参考依据,对于保证凤仙花产品质量和临床使用疗效有很大意义.Objective To propose a study on the quality standards of medicinal materials and decoction pieces of impatiens.Methods The identification characteristics,microscopic identification,TLC identification,water content,total ash,sulfur dioxide,extract,content of impatiens were studied.Results The content of impatiens balsamina L.was characterized by TLC,and it was characteristic of plant,therefore,the monitoring targets of properties,microscopic identification,water content,total ash,sulfur dioxide,extract and content were established.Conclusion the items of character identification,microscopic identification and TLC identification for impatiens balsamina were set up.The moisture content of the test items was≤13.0%,the total ash content was≤12.0%,the SO2 content was≤150 mg/kg,and the extract content was≥25.0%,kaempferol(C15H10O6)shall not be less than 1.2%.Through these statistical data,to provide a reference for the improvement of the quality standards of impatiens balsamina,to ensure the quality of impatiens products and clinical use of curative effect is of great significance.
