“脐通于命门”对命门学说的传承与创新

摘　　要：“脐通于命门”之论,见于陈士铎《外经微言》、怀远《古今医彻》及石寿棠《医原》。脐与命门在生理上先天共生,后天则由任督二脉联通;在功能上,人体元气根于命门、舍于脐腹,神阙具有培元、助阳、暖精、醒神等与命门相关的作用功效。在实践上能够指导临床诊疗,主要体现在:诊脐可以候命门元气盛衰,鉴别诊断命门火衰证与肾阳虚证,命门主病可求之于神阙,拓展腰腹之疾的治疗思路,判断相关疾病的预后等方面。“脐通于命门”说挣脱了肾与命门的捆绑,拓宽了命门学说研究的范围和诊疗路径,为命门学说的研究开启了新的视角,是对命门学说的传承与创新,可为中医学术传承创新研究的范例。The theory that ‘umbilicus connected with Mingmen' can be found in CHEN Shiduo's Waijing Weiyan,HUAI Yuan's Gujin Yiche and SHI Shoutang's Yi Yuan.The umbilical and Mingmen are naturally symbiotic in physiology,and postnatally connected by Ren and Du meridians.In terms of function,original qi is rooted in Mingmen and stored in the navel of the belly.The Shenque has the functions and effects related to Mingmen,such as invigorating original qi,helping the yang,warming the essence,and awakening the spirit.In practice,it can guide clinical diagnosis and treatment,mainly reflected in the following aspects:examine the navel to diagnose the deficiency and excess of Mingmen's original qi,and identify diagnosis of Mingmen fire failure and kidney yang deficiency,treat the disease of Mingmen from Shenque,expand the treatment ideas of waist and abdomen diseases,and judge the prognosis of related diseases.The theory of ‘umbilicus connected with Mingmen' breaks away from the binding between the kidney and Mingmen,broadens the scope and diagnosis and treatment path of the study of Mingmen theory,opens a new perspective for the study of Mingmen theory,is the inheritance and innovation of Mingmen theory,and can be an example of the academic inheritance and innovation of TCM.
