摘 要:RNA结合蛋白通过转录后调控广泛参与结直肠癌的发生发展。本文系统总结了RNA结合蛋白,尤其是hnRNPs和IGF2BPs家族在结直肠癌进展中的作用及机制。RNA结合蛋白通过选择性剪接、mRNA稳定性和翻译调控、RNA修饰等途径促进肿瘤细胞恶性表型。许多RNA结合蛋白有望成为肿瘤诊断和预后的标志物,指导个体化治疗。靶向RNA结合蛋白的治疗策略有望阻断其驱动的癌症信号网络,从而为提高结直肠癌诊疗的精准性和有效性提供新思路。RNA-binding proteins(RBPs)are critically involved in the development and progression of colorectal cancer(CRC)through various post-transcriptional regulatory mechanisms.This review systematically summarizes the roles and mechanisms of RBPs,with a focus on the hnRNP and IGF2BP families,in CRC progression.RBPs facilitate tumor cell proliferation,survival,invasion,and metastasis by regulating selective splicing,mRNA stability,translation,and RNA modification.Many RBPs show promise as biomarkers for diagnosis and prognosis,providing valuable guidance for individualized treatment plans.Targeting RBPs through specific therapeutic strategies could interrupt the cancer signaling pathways they regulate,offering innovative approaches to enhance the precision and efficacy of CRC diagnosis and treatment.
