摘　　要：目的探讨术中保留左结肠动脉对直肠癌患者术后炎症因子水平、肛门功能及预后的影响。方法以随机数表法对2022年6月-2024年6月于我院行腹腔镜手术治疗的直肠癌患者70例进行分组,每组各35例。对照组术中不保留左结肠动脉,观察组术中保留左结肠动脉。比较两组手术相关指标、炎症因子水平、肛门功能及预后情况。结果两组手术相关指标以及手术前炎症因子水平、肛门功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组手术后炎症因子水平均升高,肛门功能指标均降低,但观察组术后炎症因子水平均低于对照组,肛门功能指标均高于对照组,预后情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论直肠癌患者术中保留左结肠动脉利于降低炎症因子水平,改善肛门功能,使患者获得理想预后。Objective To investigate the effect of preserving the left colonic artery during surgery on postoperative inflammatory factor levels,anal function,and prognosis in patients with rectal cancer.Methods 70 patients with rectal cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,with 35 patients in each group.The control group did not preserve the left colonic artery during surgery,while the observation group preserved the left colonic artery during surgery.Compare two groups of surgical related indicators,inflammatory factors,anal function,and prognosis.Results The comparison of surgical related indicators,preoperative inflammatory factors,and anal function indicators between the two groups showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After surgery,both groups showed an increase in inflammatory factors and a decrease in anal function indicators.However,the observation group had lower postoperative inflammatory factors and higher anal function indicators than the control group.The prognosis was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with rectal cancer,preserving the left colonic artery during surgery is beneficial for reducing levels of inflammatory factors,improving anal function,and achieving ideal prognosis.
