NLRC3在肝细胞癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)组织中核苷酸寡聚化结构域样受体家族胱天蛋白酶募集结构域蛋白3(nucleotide binding oligomerization domain-like receptor family caspase recruitment domain containing 3,NLRC3)的表达及其与临床病理、预后的关系。方法收集2018年1月-2019年8月我院普外科手术治疗的90例HCC患者肿瘤组织及癌旁组织标本。免疫组织化学检测NLRC3的表达,分析其与临床病理相关指标及预后的相关性。结果HCC组织中NLRC3低表达率(58.89%)高于癌旁组织(13.33%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。不同肿瘤直径、肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期的NLRC3低表达率比较,差异显著,均P<0.001。NLRC3高表达者中位生存时间和5年生存率均高于低表达者(P=0.031,0.002)。NLRC3低表达是影响HCC患者5年生存不良的独立因素。结论NLRC3在HCC组织中低表达,并介导肿瘤的恶性生物学行为以及介导预后不良。Objective To investigate the expression of nucleotide binding oligomerization domain-like receptor family caspase recruitment domain containing 3(NLRC3)in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and its relationship with clinicopathology and prognosis.Methods A total of 90 cases of HCC from January 2018 to August 2019 were collected.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of NLRC3 and analyze its correlation with clinical pathological indicators and prognosis.Results The negative expression rate of NLRC3 in HCC tissues(58.89%)was higher than that in adjacent tissues(13.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000).The low expression rate of NLRC3 was compared among different tumor diameters,degree of tumor differentiation,lymph node metastasis,and TNM stages,with P<0.001.The median survival time and 5-year survival rate of patients with positive expression of NLRC3 were higher than those with negative expression(P=0.031,0.002).Negative expression of NLRC3 is an independent factor of poor 5-year survival in HCC patients.Conclusion The low expression of NLRC3 in HCC is related to the biological characteristics and poor prognosis of HCC.
