摘  要:目的探讨大学生临床诊断学教学中存在的一些问题,并提出相应的解决措施。方法从理论教学、实习训练和考评方式三个层面,对目前高等教育教学中出现的问题进行剖析,为我国的卫生事业提供高质量、高水平的医学专业技术人才。结果以贵州医科大学为例,论述了在医学教育中,怎样有效地将实习和教学工作有机融合,目前医学教育面临的最大问题是:医学专业的快速发展,医院实习生态的变化,传统评价方式的单一。结论为了解决上述问题,建议采取多种教学模式,改进教学手段,建立多元化的综合评价制度。运用案例教学法、PBL教学法、翻转课堂等多种教学方式,结合5G、AI仿真人等现代教学方式,提高课堂教学的实效性。而多元评价机制的构建则能有效地促进教师提高教育质量,进一步调动学生的积极性。Objective To explore some problems in clinical diagnosis teaching for college students and propose corresponding solutions.Methods Analyze the problems in current higher education teaching from three aspects:theoretical teaching,internship training,and evaluation methods,and provide high-quality and high-level medical professional and technical talents for China’s health industry.Results Taking Guizhou Medical University as an example,this paper discusses how to effectively integrate internships and teaching work in medical education.Currently,the biggest problem facing medical education is the rapid development of medical majors,changes in hospital internship ecology,and the singularity of traditional evaluation methods.Conclusion In order to solve the above problems,it is recommended to adopt multiple teaching modes,improve teaching methods,and establish a diversified comprehensive evaluation system.Using various teaching methods such as case-based teaching,PBL teaching,and flipped classroom,combined with modern teaching methods such as 5G and AI simulation,to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching.The construction of a diversified evaluation mechanism can effectively promote teachers to improve the quality of education and mobilize students’enthusiasm.
