应用多元化培训模式提升基层医疗机构感控管理人员核心能力的实践研究

摘　　要：目的分析基层医疗机构感染预防与控制(简称感控)管理人员核心能力培训中应用多元化培训的价值。方法选取2023年7月-2023年12月参加培训的112名感控管理人员为研究对象,使用随机数表法将其分为两组,A组采用多元化培训模式(n=56),B组采用传统培训模式(n=56),就两组管理人员考核成绩、核心能力评分、对培训效果的满意度进行比较。结果培训后,A组感控管理人员考核成绩高于B组;A组感控管理人员各项核心能力评分高于B组;A组感控管理人员对培训效果满意度评分高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用多元化培训模式的效果显著,可以提升感控管理人员的考核成绩、核心能力以及对培训效果的满意度,值得借鉴与应用。Objective To analyze the value of applying diversified training in the core competence training of infection prevention and control(infection control)managers in primary medical institutions.Methods A total of 112 sensory control managers who participated in training from July 2023 to December 2023 were selected as research objects and divided into two groups using random number table method:group A was trained in a diversified training mode(n=56),and group B was trained in a traditional training mode(n=56).The two groups of managers were compared in terms of their assessment results,core ability scores and satisfaction with the training effect.Results After the training,the assessment results of the managers in group A were higher than those in group B;the scores of core competence of control managers in group A were higher than those in group B;the satisfaction score of sensory control managers in group A was higher than that in group B,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of diversified training mode has a remarkable effect,which can improve the assessment results,core competence and satisfaction with training effect of sensory control managers,which is worthy of reference and application.
