刺五加注射液治疗神经衰弱的临床效果及对5-HT、DA水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨刺五加注射液治疗神经衰弱的临床效果及对5-羟色胺(5-HT)和多巴胺(DA)水平的影响。方法选取2023年1月-2024年6月我院收治的120例神经衰弱患者为研究对象,随机分为两组后,分别给予帕罗西汀片治疗(对照组,60例)和帕罗西汀片联合刺五加注射液治疗(观察组,60例)。对两组临床疗效、精神症状(SCL-90评分)、负性情绪(HAMA评分)、5-HT、DA以及用药安全性进行比较。结果两组治疗总有效率进行比较,观察组为96.67%(58/60),比对照组的85.00%(51/60)明显更高(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组治疗后SCL-90评分和HAMA评分均较治疗前降低,且观察组降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组和对照组治疗后5-HT和DA水平均较治疗前升高,且观察组升高幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,观察组为5.00%(3/60),对照组为8.33%(5/60),二者数据差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论刺五加注射液对神经衰弱的临床效果确切,有助于改善患者精神症状及负性情绪,其机制可能与提高5-HT、DA水平有关。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Ciwujia injection in treating neurasthenia and its effect on the levels of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and dopamine(DA).Methods A total of 120 patients with neurasthenia were enrolled in this study from January 2023 to June 2024.After being randomly divided into two groups,60 cases were treated with paroxetine tablets(control group)and 60 cases were treated with paroxetine tablets combined with Ciwujia injection(observation group).Compare the clinical efficacy,psychiatric symptoms(SCL-90 score),negative emotions(HAMA score),5-HT,DA and medication safety between two groups.Results Using chi square test to compare the total effective rates of the two groups,the observation group’s 96.67%(58/60)was significantly higher than the control group’s 85.00%(51/60)(P<0.05).After treatment,both the SCL-90 score and HAMA score in the observation group and the control group decreased compared to before treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of 5-HT and DA in both the observation group and the control group increased compared to before treatment,and the increase in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).In terms of the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,the observation group was 5.00%(3/60)and the control group was 8.33%(5/60),with no significant difference in data between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ciwujia injection has a definite clinical effect on neurasthenia,helping to improve patients’mental symptoms and negative emotions.Its mechanism may be related to the increase of 5-HT and DA levels.
