经颅电刺激联合口肌生物反馈训练对中风后吞咽障碍患者的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察经颅电刺激联合口肌生物反馈训练在中风后吞咽障碍患者干预中的应用效果。方法本次试验研究对象的纳入时间为2022年1月-2023年12月,共包括于我院接受中风后吞咽障碍治疗的患者34例,以电脑随机分组法将其分为实验组(n=17,干预方法:经颅电刺激联合口肌生物反馈训练)与对比组(n=17,干预方法:口肌生物反馈训练)。结果两组患者干预前吞咽功能、吞咽损伤程度、营养神经指标水平、神经功能、生活质量均无显著差异,P>0.05;而干预后差异显著,P<0.05。结论经颅电刺激联合口肌生物反馈训练对于中风后吞咽障碍患者来说是一种较为理想的干预方法,其所发挥的作用相对较为显著,既可以改善患者的吞咽功能、吞咽损伤程度,也提高了患者的神经营养指标水平以及神经功能、生活质量,是一种相对较为理想的干预方法,值得予以临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of transcranial electrical stimulation combined with oral muscle biofeedback training in the intervention of patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods The subjects of this study were included from January 2022 to December 2023,including 34 patients who received treatment for dysphagia after stroke in our hospital.They were divided into experimental group(n=17,intervention method:transcranial electrical stimulation plus oral muscle biofeedback training)and control group(n=17,intervention method:Oral muscle biofeedback training).Results There were no significant differences between the two groups before intervention in swallowing function,swallowing injury degree,nutritional nerve index level,nerve function and quality of life(P>0.05).After intervention,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transcranial electrical stimulation combined with oral muscle biofeedback training is an ideal intervention method for patients with dysphagia after stroke,which plays a relatively significant role,not only improving the swallowing function and degree of swallowing injury,but also improving the level of neurotrophic indicators,nerve function and quality of life of patients.It is a relatively ideal intervention method,worthy of clinical promotion.
