曲安奈德联合氟米龙滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床疗效及对血清炎症因子的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探究曲安奈德与氟米龙滴眼液联合治疗过敏性结膜炎患者的临床效果。方法回顾性选取2022年5月—2023年5月山东省德州市武城县中医院收治的102例过敏性结膜炎患者的临床资料,根据所采取的治疗措施被划分为两个组:观察组包括51例患者,接受曲安奈德联合氟米龙滴眼液治疗;对照组包括51例患者,仅接受氟米龙滴眼液治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、临床症状和体征评分、血清炎症因子水平及泪膜稳定性。结果治疗后,观察组各项眼部症状和体征评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。治疗后,观察组泪膜稳定性及各项炎症因子均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组临床总有效率分别为96.08%(49/51)、82.35%(42/51),观察组更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.993,P<0.05)。结论曲安奈德联合氟米龙滴眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎患者可有效提高疾病治疗效果,改善疾病症状和体征及炎症因子水平。Objective To explore the clinical effect of triamcinolone and flumilone eye drops in the treatment of patients with allergic conjunctivitis.Methods Clinical data of 102 patients with allergic conjunctivitis treated in Dezhou Wucheng County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Shandong Province from May 2022 to May 2023 were retrospectively selected.According to the treatment measures taken,they were divided into two groups:the observation group included 51 patients who received triamcinolone acetonide combined with fluorometholone eye drops;the control group included 51 patients who only received fluorometholone eye drops.The clinical efficacy,scores of clinical symptoms and signs,levels of serum inflammatory factors and stability of tear film were compared between two groups.Results Post-treatment,the observation group exhibited lower scores in ocular symptomatology and clinical signs when compared to the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).After treatment,the stability of tear film and various inflammatory factors in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The total clinical effective rates of the two groups were 96.08%(49/51)and 82.35%(42/51),respectively,and the observation group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.993,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of triamcinolone in conjunction with flumirone eye drops for allergic conjunctivitis treatment significantly enhances the therapeutic outcome,symptoms and signs of disease and the level of inflammatory factors were better.
