摘 要:膜解剖的兴起以及快速发展促使医学界对于膜间隙与膜结构的了解程度随之加深,微创术式的操作精度大幅提高,使其呈现出取代开放手术的趋势。肝胆胰脾外科是一个专门从事肝脏、胆道、胰腺、脾脏和十二指肠疾病手术和综合治疗的科室,微创手术则是其重要的治疗手段。深入细致地分析膜解剖对于提高肝胆胰脾外科微创手术精度意义重大,故本文在梳理已有文献资料后从肝胆外科诊治病种与诊治观念的变化、切除胰腺系膜理念及其发展、膜解剖在肝胆胰脾外科的应用3个方面进行综述,以丰富现有研究体系内容并为膜解剖在肝胆胰脾外科的合理应用提供指导与帮助。The rise and rapid development of membrane anatomy have deepened the understanding of membrane gaps and structures in the medical community,the operational accuracy of minimally invasive surgery has greatly improved,making it a trend to replace open surgery.Hepatobiliary,pancreatic,and splenic surgery is a department specialized in the surgery and comprehensive treatment of liver,biliary tract,pancreatic,splenic,and duodenal diseases,with minimally invasive surgery being an important treatment method.In-depth and detailed analysis of membrane anatomy,it is of great significance to improve the accuracy of minimally invasive surgery in liver,gallbladder,pancreas,and spleen surgery.Therefore,this article summarizes the changes in the diagnosis and treatment concepts of liver and gallbladder surgery,the development of the concept of cutting pancreatic mesentery,and the application of membrane anatomy in hepatobiliary,pancreatic and splenic surgery from three aspects after reviewing existing literature,in order to enrich the existing research system and provide guidance and assistance for the rational application of membrane anatomy in hepatobiliary,pancreatic and splenic surgery.
