摘　　要：习近平文化思想是一个逻辑严密、内涵丰富的理论体系,既有文化理论内涵的延展,也有文化理论观点的开拓和创新。习近平文化思想实现了马克思主义文化理论的中国表达与时代建构,以“马克思主义”之“魂”和“中华优秀传统文化”之“根”孕育出“新的文化生命体”,这二者的辩证结合赋予新时代宣传思想文化工作以实践理性,构成了这一思想的生成理据。在“两个结合”的理论奠基之下,习近平文化思想这一理论体系衍生出文化的功能、力量、价值、认同、传播、教育等一系列核心论域,并在新时代中国特色社会主义文化建设实践中形成与核心论域相融洽的基本命题,由此构成了习近平文化思想的理论内容体系。从这一思想核心论题的叙事逻辑来看,文化的权力叙事、历史叙事、理论叙事、文明叙事构成习近平文化思想的理论表征逻辑,巩固社会主义意识形态话语权、构建理论话语传播体系、推动中华民族的文化自觉、增强中华文明的历史自信呈现了这一思想的理论逻辑。习近平文化思想的目标指向在于文化的繁荣发展和文明的传承创新,科学把握这一思想的生成理据、核心论题及叙事逻辑,有助于深化新时代马克思主义文化理论创新的学理化体系化阐释,对推动社会主义文化强国建设和建设中华民族新文化具有重要意义。Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is a logically rigorous and rich theoretical system,which not only extends the connotation of cultural theory,but also expands the viewpoints of cultural theory.Xi Jinping Thought on Culture has realized the Chinese expression and era construction of Marxist cultural theory,nurturing a“new cultural life form”with the“soul”of“Marxism”and the“root”of“excellent traditional Chinese culture”.The dialectical combination of these two endows the propaganda,ideological and cultural work of the new era with practical rationality,forming the basis for the generation of this ideology.Under the foundation of the theory of“Two Combinations”,this theoretical system has derived a series of core domains such as the function,strength,value,identity,communication,education of culture,and formed a basic proposition that is compatible with the core domain in the practice of building socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the new era,thus forming the theoretical content system of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture.From the narrative logic of the core topic of this ideology,the power narrative,historical narrative,theoretical narrative and civilization narrative of culture constitute the theoretical representation logic.Consolidating the discourse power of socialist ideology,constructing a theoretical discourse dissemination system,promoting the cultural consciousness of the Chinese nation,and enhancing the historical confidence of Chinese civilization present the theoretical logic of this ideology.The goal of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is to promote the prosperity and development of culture and the inheritance and innovation of civilization.Scientifically grasping the theoretical basis,core topics,and narrative logic of this ideology can help deepen the theoretical and systematic interpretation of Marxist cultural theory innovation in the new era,and is of great significance for promoting the construction of a socialist cultural power and building a new culture for the Chi
