摘　　要：随着虚拟现实(VR)技术在教育领域的普及,其在人才测评和培养方面展现出巨大潜力。文章聚焦银川科技学院利用VR技术创新人才培养模式的实践,探讨如何通过VR技术提升学生的学习体验和操作能力。案例显示,通过沉浸式学习环境和个性化测评,VR技术有效提升教育的个性化和实用性,为学生全面发展提供新途径。银川科技学院在技术和教育理念上实现重大突破,为未来教育技术的发展提供宝贵参考和启示。With the increasing popularity of virtual reality(VR)technology in the education sector,its application in talent assessment and cultivation shows great potential.This paper focuses on the innovative practices of Yinchuan University of Science and Technology in using VR technology for talent development.It explores how VR enhances students'learning experiences and practical skills.The case demonstrates that,through immersive learning environments and personalized assessments,VR effectively improves the personalization and practicality of education,offering new pathways for comprehensive student development.Yinchuan University of Science and Technology has achieved significant breakthroughs in both technology and educational concepts,providing valuable insights and references for the future development of educational technology.
