摘  要:AIGC时代,智能教育产品驱动并深刻影响着教育体系的数智化转型,成为加速教育现代化进程、构建智慧教育生态的核心驱动力。从回应性监管理论出发,审视智能教育产品应用的内外风险,明确事前、事中、事后监管细节,采取从自治到律治逐步强化的策略,建立信用沙盒监管主体机制,旨在构建高阶智驭的智能教育产品监管体系。In the era of AIGC,intelligent education products are driving and profoundly influencing the digital transformation of the education system,becoming the core driving force for accelerating the modernization of education and building a smart education ecosystem.Starting from the theory of responsive regulation,this paper examines the internal and external risks of the application of intelligent education products,clarifies the details of supervision before,during,and after the event,adopts a strategy of gradually strengthening from autonomy to legal governance,establishes a credit sandbox supervision mechanism,and aims to build a high-level intelligent education product supervision system.
