中国式现代化背景下基础教育现代化的理想框架与实践路径

摘　　要：中国式现代化背景下,基础教育现代化具有人民性、创新性、公平性和协同性的特征。根据中国式现代的本质要求对基础教育现代化的理想框架进行分析,可见现代化的理念是基础教育现代化的思想引领,高质量的发展是基础教育现代化的核心任务,协同化的治理是基础教育现代化的重要保障,均衡化的发展是基础教育现代化的必然要求。基于此,基础教育现代化的推进应当正本清源,坚持党的全面领导;改革创新,系统变革提升育人质量;协同治理,促进多元主体共建共治;顶层设计,优化差序格局。In the context of China’s modernization,the modernization of basic education embodies characteristics of being people-oriented,innovative,equitable,and collaborative.Analyzing the ideal framework for modernizing basic education in line with the essence of Chinese-style modernization,we can see that the concept of modernization guides the ideology of modernizing basic education,high-quality development is its core mission,collaborative governance is a vital guarantee,and balanced development is an inherent requirement.Based on this,the advancement of modernizing basic education should adhere to the comprehensive leadership of the Party,undertake systematic changes to enhance the quality of education,facilitate collaborative governance to foster multi-party participation and joint governance,and employ top-level design to optimize the structure of educational disparities.
