摘　　要：文章旨在从源头上把整家集成的运营框架和底层逻辑梳理清楚,这样,企业个体才能在这个框架中找到自己的角色位置和明晰自己的目标和任务,才能有效地将自己的资源组织和能力建设与之相匹配。这个框架和逻辑不是专门针对高定领域的,对于普定领域也完全适用。This article aims to clarify the operational framework and underlying logic of whole home integration from the source,so that individual enterprises can find their role position and clarify their goals and tasks in this framework,and then can effectively match their resource organization and capacity building with it.This framework and logic are not specifically designed for high-end domains,and are also fully applicable to general domains.
