摘　　要：为应对大规模定制中传统生产模式效率低下、制造端数据信息庞大导致的管理压力等问题,设计并搭建定制家具生产流程的可视化系统,以期促进定制家具生产模式的智能化转型。研究基于对定制家具生产过程的详细分析及可视化管理需求的研究,详细规划定制家具生产的前期准备、中期执行和后期仓储管理三大阶段的系统业务流程与关键功能模块,确定可视化报表的设计方案及整个生产流程管理系统的业务运行流程。采用B/S架构、Vue前端框架和Spring Boot后端开发框架等现代软件技术,实现对定制家具生产流程数据的全面可视化管理。最后,以某定制家具企业的实际生产过程为例进行验证,证明该系统能够直观展示家具的生产计划落实情况、加工执行状态和仓储情况,有效实现定制家具生产数据的可视化管理与应用。To tackle the inefficiency of traditional production models and management pressures from vast data information at the manufacturing end in mass customization,a visualization system for customized furniture production is designed to facilitate its intelligent transformation.Based on a thorough analysis of production processes and visual management needs,the system comprehensively outlines workflows and key functions for pre-production,production execution,and post-production warehousing,and determines the design scheme of visual reports and the business operation process of the system.Using modern software technologies including B/S architecture,Vue front-end framework,and Spring Boot back-end development framework,it achieves comprehensive visual management of customized furniture production data.Finally,a case study of a customized furniture company validates the system’s ability to clearly show production planning,processing status,and inventory management,effectively enhancing the visual management and application of data in customized furniture production.
