摘　　要：介绍超薄高密度纤维板生产对原料与削片、木片热磨、纤维施胶、铺装成型、热压等关键工序的相关参数及要求,分析超薄高密度纤维板生产过程中常见的质量问题和设备问题,并提出相应的解决方法,为超薄高密度纤维板的生产提供参考。This paper introduces the relevant parameters and requirements of raw material requirements,wood chip hot grinding,fiber sizing,paving molding,hot pressing and other processes in the production technology of ultra-thin high density fiberboard.The common process problems and equipment problems in the production process of ultra-thin high density fiberboard are analyzed,and the corresponding solutions are put forward to provide reference for the industrial production of ultra-thin high density fiberboard.
