脲醛树脂胶黏剂制备工艺对纤维板性能的影响

摘  要:探讨在甲醛/(尿素+三聚氰胺)物质的量比相近的情况下,不同三聚氰胺添加比例及酸式及碱式合成工艺对三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂胶黏剂及其制备的纤维板性能的影响,为不同防水性能要求的纤维板生产提供参考。结果表明,三聚氰胺添加量越高,防潮性能越好,但三聚氰胺添加量提高到15%之后纤维板吸水厚度膨胀率降低幅度不大。酸式工艺三聚氰胺添加量在6%以下时,与常规碱式工艺相比在纤维板吸水厚度膨胀率、内胶合强度指标上具有一定优势。In this paper,the effects of different melamine addition ratios and acid and alkaline synthesis processes on the properties of modified urea-formaldehyde resin adhesives and their prepared fiberboard are discussed under the condition that the amount ratio of formaldehyde/(urea+melamine)substances is similar,so as to provide direction for the production of fiberboard with different waterproof performance requirements.The results showed that the higher the melamine addition,the higher the moisture-proof performance,but the water absorption thickness expansion rate of the fiberboard does not decrease much after the melamine addition was increased to 15%.When the melamine addition amount of acid process is less than 6%,it has certain advantages over the conventional alkaline process in terms of water absorption thickness expansion rate and internal bonding strength of the fiberboard.
