国内外前列腺癌筛查研究热点的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的采用文献计量分析方法,对国内外前列腺癌筛查相关文献进行可视化分析,揭示该领域的研究热点和趋势。方法检索2010年1月1日至2024年8月31日期间中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)和Web of Science(WOS)核心合集数据库中有关前列腺癌筛查的文献,利用CiteSpace 6.3.R1软件进行可视化分析,从发文趋势、作者分布、机构合作、关键词共现聚类及突现等角度进行深入分析,并结合文献内容阐述研究热点。结果共纳入3255篇文献,其中中文文献848篇,英文文献2407篇,发文量呈上升趋势。国内研究热点主要集中在早期诊断与预后评估,注重筛查模式的创新、新型生物标志物的开发以及筛查管理体系的建设。国外研究则更侧重于筛查指南的更新与优化、筛查工具与技术创新,以及针对特殊人群的筛查策略。关键词分析显示,2010年以来,研究热点从早期诊断与预后评估逐渐转向新技术的应用和特殊人群的筛查策略。结论CiteSpace软件能够有效展示前列腺癌筛查领域的研究热点。国内研究在早期诊断和筛查模式优化方面取得了显著进展,而国外研究则在技术创新和指南更新方面表现突出。未来,随着多中心、大样本临床研究的深入以及国际合作的加强,前列腺癌筛查领域有望在精准化、个体化和智能化方向取得更多突破。Objective To conduct a bibliometric analysis of the literature on prostate cancer screen-ing,both domestically and internationally,and to visualize the research hotspots and trends in this field,provi-ding a reference for clinical practice and scientific research.Methods Literature related to prostate cancer screening was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and Web of Science(WOS)core collection databases from January 1,2010,to August 31,2024.CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software was used for visual analysis,focusing on publication trends,author distribution,institutional collaboration,keyword co-oc-currence clustering,and citation bursts.The research hotspots were further elaborated based on the content of the literature.Results A total of 3255 articles were included,comprising 848 Chinese and 2407 English articles,showing an upward trend in publication volume.Domestic research hotspots primarily focused on early通信作者:diagnosis and prognostic evaluation,emphasizing innovations in screening models,the development of novel biomarkers,and the establishment of screening management systems.In contrast,international research placed greater emphasis on the updating and optimization of screening guidelines,technological innovations in screen-ing tools,and screening strategies for special populations.Keyword analysis revealed that since 2010,research hotspots have gradually shifted from early diagnosis and prognostic evaluation to the application of new technolo-gies and screening strategies for special populations.Conclusion CiteSpace effectively visualizes the research hotspots and trends in prostate cancer screening.Domestic research has made significant progress in early diagnosis and the optimization of screening models,while international research has excelled in technological innovation and guideline updates.In the future,with the advancement of multicenter,large-sample clinical studies and enhanced international collaboration,the field of prostate cancer screening is expected to achieve further
