摘  要:伴随先进制造业与战略性新兴产业的蓬勃发展,国家提出了职业教育现场工程师专项培养计划。探索职业教育现场工程师培养是主动服务教育强国与人才强国战略的积极实践,是职业教育支撑国家战略的重要路径。文章清晰界定职业教育现场工程师的内涵特征,明确其通用素质模型及课程框架,并从课程设置、培养体系和培养模式三方面提出人才培养的实现路径。With the vigorous development of advanced manufacturing and strategic emerging industries,the state has proposed a specialized training program for vocational education field engineers.Exploring the cultivation of field engineers in vocational education is a positive practice of the strategy of active service education and talent power,and an important path for vocational education to support the national strategy.This paper clearly defines the connotation and characteristics of field engineers in vocational education,defines its general quality model and curriculum framework,and puts forward the realization path of talent cultivation from three aspects:curriculum setting,cultivation system and cultivation mode.
