摘　　要：高校辅导员是高校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者、指导者,在“大思政”格局下,高校辅导员是实现立德树人与学生高质量就业的骨干力量。基于广西8所高校辅导员的问卷调查,得出辅导员就业指导工作面临宏观就业环境、学生就业观念、自身能力、激励机制等方面的挑战。因此,在“大思政”格局下,辅导员应重塑政策宣教员、观念引导员、生涯规划员、能力培养员等角色,并在工作中不断提升认知水平、专业技能与协调作用;同时,学校需建立完善的保障机制,共同实现高校毕业生就业指导提质增效的工作目标。College counselors are the organizers,implementers and guides of the daily ideological and political education and management of students in colleges and universities,and the backbone forces to achieve moral cultivation and high-quality employment of students under the pattern of“Big Ideology and Politics Education”.Based on the questionnaire survey of counselors in 8 colleges in Guangxi,it is concluded that counselors’employment guidance is faced with challenges from macro employment environment,students’employment concept,their own ability and incentive mechanism.Therefore,under the pattern of“Big Ideology and Politics Education”,counselors should reshape the roles of policy advocacy teachers,concept guides,career planners,and ability cultivators,and constantly improve their cognitive level,professional skills and coordination role in their work.At the same time,schools need to establish a perfect guarantee mechanism to jointly achieve the goal of improving the quality and efficiency of employment guidance for college graduates.
