摘  要:稠油生物冷采因生态友好和经济高效等多重特征而越益受到各界重视,但面临高效菌种少、现场研究难等共性问题。微生物铜绿假单胞菌作为油田常见菌之一,其单菌种纯菌株降黏采油尚未见报到。文章以从油藏分离纯化的铜绿假单胞菌pae菌株与稠油相互作用作为研究对象,进行了新疆油田稠油降黏室内外评价。结果证明,此pae菌株对普通稠油(OHO)和特稠油(EHO)具有降黏增溶作用,48 h即降黏80%以上,适配于油田现场应用时效需求,实验井注入菌剂并闷井1~7 d,实现产量最高翻5倍,未来在油气田领域应用前景广阔。Although biological cold-production of heavy oil has gained increasing attention due to its multiple characteristics such as ecological friendship and higher economic efficiency,there are still common problems as limited efficient strains and difficulty in on-site research.Pseudomonas aeruginosa,a common bacterium in oil fields,has not yet been reported for its single-strain pure culture for viscosity reduction in oil extraction.This article focuses on the interaction between the Pseudomonas aeruginosa pae strain,isolated and purified from oil reservoirs,and heavy oil,conducting both indoor and outdoor evaluations of viscosity reduction for heavy oil in Xinjiang Oilfields.The results demonstrate that this pae strain has a viscosity-reducing and solubilizing effect on both ordinary heavy oil(OHO)and extra-heavy oil(EHO),achieving over 80%viscosity reduction within 48 hours,which meets the time efficiency requirements for field applications in oil fields.It is suitable for the time requirement on-site of oilfield field applications,with a maximum recovery rate of 5 times after injection and shut-in 1 to 7 days,and has broad future prospects in oil and gas fields.
