摘　　要：乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其高发病率和死亡率对全球公共卫生构成了严重威胁。尽管早期筛查和靶向治疗的发展在一定程度上提高了乳腺癌的生存率,但减少复发和转移仍然是治疗中的重大难题。近年来,免疫治疗尤其是肿瘤疫苗,成为减少乳腺癌复发和死亡的潜在有效方法。肿瘤疫苗旨在诱导持久的特异性免疫反应,以根除肿瘤细胞。当前,乳腺癌疫苗在乳腺癌的治疗中逐步展现潜力。然而,疫苗的免疫原性、给药方案优化等仍是其临床应用的挑战。该文综述了乳腺癌疫苗的基础和进展,讨论了其主要靶点、疫苗的种类以及相关临床研究,并提出了未来的发展方向。Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women,and its high incidence and mortality pose a serious threat to global public health.Although the development of early screening and targeted therapies has improved breast cancer survival rates to some extent,reducing recurrence and metastasis remains a major challenge in treatment.In recent years,immunotherapy,especially cancer vaccines,has emerged as a potentially effective method to reduce breast cancer recurrence and mortality.Cancer vaccines aim to induce long-lasting,specific immune responses to eliminate tumor cells.Currently,breast cancer vaccines are gradually showing potential in the treatment of breast cancer.However,challenges such as the immunogenicity of the vaccine and optimization of dosing regimens remain obstacles to its clinical application.This review summarizes the basics and advance of breast cancer vaccines,discusses their main targets,types of vaccines,and related clinical research,and addresses the future directions for development.
