摘 要:目的探索基于蓝墨云班课的叙事教育在内科护理学教学中的设计与实践方法,并评价其教学成效。方法自2023年2月至2024年1月选择安徽中医药大学二年级的48名护理本科生作为研究对象,使用蓝墨云班课在内科护理学的教学中实施叙事教育。叙事教育设计与实践的主要内容为制订课程叙事目标,挖掘叙事教育元素,使用关怀能力评价量表和适时教学反馈法对学生提交的96份反思日记进行分析。结果教学后人文关怀能力量表各维度评分及总分均高于教学前,适时教学反馈的“词云”分析结果与课程的叙事目标一致。结论内科护理学课程的叙事教育效果较好,发挥了专业理论知识与叙事教育的同向同行作用,达到了理论知识传授与道德价值引领的统一。Objective To explore the design and practice method of narrative education based on mosoteach in internal medicine nursing,and to evaluate its teaching effectiveness.Method 48 nursing undergraduates from grade 2 were selected as the study subjects and narrative education was carried out in the teaching of Internal Medicine Nursing using mosoteach.The main contents of the design and practice of narrative education are as follows:formulating curriculum narrative objectives,exploring narrative education elements,and analyzing 96 reflection diaries using caring ability assessment scale and timely teaching feedback.Result The score of humanistic care ability scale after teaching was higher than that before teaching.The results of timely teaching feedback word cloud analysis were consistent with the narrative goal of the corresponding teaching content.Conclusion Narrative education in the course of Internal Medicine Nursing has a good effect,which plays the role of professional theoretical knowledge and narrative education in the same direction,and promotes the organic unity of knowledge imparts and value leads.
