摘  要:以促进高质量就业为导向,文章阐述了职业院校培育高技能人才新质就业竞争力的内涵、动因、面临的挑战及纾困策略。新时代背景下,社会形势、产业更迭及技术创新等多元因素衍生新的人才需求与就业形态,为职业教育高技能人才培养和就业工作带来新的机遇与挑战。职业院校需把握高技能人才培养价值导向,创新人才培养定位与机制,提升高技能人才新质就业竞争素养,以促进产业需求侧和职业教育供给侧的双向融通,突破高技能人才培育与企业需求不平衡的困境,促进人才高质量、充分就业。In order to promote high-quality employment,this paper expounds the connotation,motivation,challenge and strategy of training new quality employment competitiveness of high-skilled talents in vocational colleges.Under the background of the new era,multiple factors such as social situation,industrial change and technological innovation have derived new talent demands and employment forms,bringing new opportunities and challenges to the training and employment of high-skilled talents in vocational education.Vocational colleges needs to grasp the value orientation of high-skilled talent training,innovate the positioning and mechanism of talent training,and improve the new quality employment competition quality of high-skilled talents,so as to promote the two-way integration between the industrial demand side and the supply side of vocational education,break through the dilemma of the imbalance between the cultivation of high-skilled talents and the demand of enterprises,and promote high-quality and full employment of talents.
