摘  要:“岗课赛证+思政融通”是新时期深化职业教育教学改革的重要探索。构建全面发展的高水平人才培养体系,是职业院校体现创新型类型教育特征的育人模式。以北京劳动保障职业学院为例,面向航天高端装备制造业,实施“岗课赛证+思政融通”的人才培养体系顶层设计,重构航天高端装备制造业人才培养模式和课程体系,融入航天特色课程和思政元素。探索以学生为中心的人才培养体系改革,以期更好地服务航天高端装备制造业的高质量发展。“Post-course-competition-certification+ideological and political integration”is an important exploration in the new era of deepening vocational education and teaching reform.To construct a high-level talent training system with all-round development is a mode of education for vocational colleges that reflects the characteristics of innovative type education.Taking Beijing Vocational College of Labour and Social Security as an example,it implements the top-level design of the talent training system of“Post-course-competition-certification+ideological and political integration”for the aerospace high-end equipment manufacturing industry,reconstructs the talent training mode and curriculum system of the aerospace high-end equipment manufacturing industry,and integrates aerospace characteristic courses and ideological and political elements.To explore the reform of the student-centered talent training system in order to better serve the high-quality development of the high-end aerospace equipment manufacturing industry.
