摘　　要：近年来,高职院校响应国家号召,以“全员、全程、全方位育人”思想指导人才培养工作。基于此,通过调研目前旅游业各岗位对毕业生的技能需求,分析“岗课赛证”与“思政融通”视角下高职旅游专业人才培养模式创新的重要意义,提出高职旅游专业人才培养创新策略,包括采用“思政融通”方法提升人才综合素质,以“岗课赛证”理念指导专业课程设置等,实现高职旅游专业培养“德才兼备”专业人才的目的。In recent years,higher vocational colleges have responded to the call of the state and guided talent training with the idea of“full staff,whole process and all-round education”.Based on this,through the survey of the current demand for graduates’skills in various positions by the tourism industry,this paper analyzes the significance of innovation in the training mode of tourism major talents in higher vocational colleges from the perspectives of“post-course-competition-certificate”and“ideological and political integration”,and proposes innovative training strategies for tourism major talents in higher vocational colleges,including the use of“ideological and political integration”to improve the comprehensive quality of talents.With the concept of“post-course-competition-certificate”to guide the professional course setting,the purpose of training tourism major talents with“both morality and ability”in higher vocational colleges is realized.
