摘 要:为克服传统风机运行时常见的操作便捷性差、能源消耗过高、抗冻性能较弱、维修时需要停机等问题,本文结合成昆铁路月直山隧道实际,从提高隧道轴流风机的运行效率和改良运行环境入手,对轴流风机结构、监控系统、防冻优化设计抗冻性能进行优化升级。经优化后,轴流风机运行效率显著提升,且具备良好抗干扰性能,功耗降低,助力隧道通风作业。To overcome the problems of poor operation,high energy consumption,poor frost resistance and downtime during maintenance of traditional fans,based on the actual situation of Yuezhishan Tunnel in Chengdu-Kunming Railway.This paper starts with improving the operating efficiency and environment of axial flow fans in the tunnel,the structure of axial flow fan,monitoring system,anti-freezing optimum design and anti-freezing performance were optimized and upgraded.After optimization,the operation efficiency of the axial-flow fan is significantly improved,and it has good anti-interference performance,low power consumption and assisted tunnel ventilation.
