摘 要:代谢综合征(Metabolic Syndrome,MS)为心血管疾病、2型糖尿病、全因死亡率升高的危险因素。多数研究发现,较差的膳食质量与MS高发密切相关。膳食指数可以用来评价人群膳食质量,此文旨在综述国内外膳食指数与代谢综合征关系的研究,从而为MS患者调整膳食质量提供依据。Metabolic syndrome(MS)is a risk factor for cardiovascular disease,type 2 diabetes mellitus,and elevated all-cause mortality.Most studies have found that poorer dietary quality is closely associated with a high prevalence of MS.Dietary index can be used to evaluate the dietary quality of the population.The aim of this paper is to review domestic and international research on the relationship between dietary index and metabolic syndrome,thereby providing a basis for adjusting dietary quality in MS patients.
