摘　　要：科研创新能力是现代社会发展的核心驱动力之一,医学本科生的科研创新能力对其自身发展、社会进步等方面都具有重要作用。随着医学教育改革的深入,如何培养具备科研创新能力的高素质医学人才已成为高等医学院校面临的重要问题。基于此,探讨培养医学本科生科研创新能力的意义及必要性,同时分析当前我国医学本科生科研创新能力培养存在的问题,并提出相应的解决策略进行实践与探索。Scientific research and innovation ability is one of the core driving forces for the development of modern society,and medical undergraduates'scientific research and innovation ability plays an important role in their own development and social progress.With the deepening of medical education reform,how to cultivate high-quality medical personnel with scientific research and innovation ability has become an important issue for advanced medical colleges.Based on this,we discuss the significance and necessity of cultivating medical undergraduates'scientific research and innovation ability,analyze the problems of cultivating medical undergraduates'scientific research and innovation ability in China,and put forward corresponding solution strategies for practice and exploration.
