摘  要:目的运用“读—思—研—践”四维模式培养中医妇科学硕士研究生,评价教学效果。方法观察对象为2020级和2021级某中医药大学第一临床医学院中医妇科学专业的26名在读硕士研究生。2020级13人为对照组,2021级13人为实验组。对照组按照中医妇科学硕士研究生管理以及住院医师规范化培训的常规方式培养,实验组在对照组的基础上进行“读—思—研—践”四维模式培养。结果实验组的理论成绩、各分项技能成绩及技能总成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组教学效果各分项的满意度均较对照组高(P<0.05)。Mini-CEX成绩比较:二阶段末两组的所有指标得分比入学时大幅上升(P<0.05),且二阶段末实验组Mini-CEX每项得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论“读—思—研—践”四维模式可以提高中医妇科学专业硕士研究生的学习主动性、积极性,促进其科研、临床思维和实践能力提升。Objective To cultivate postgraduates of traditional Chinese medicine gynecology with the four-dimensional model of"reading-thinking-research-practice"and evaluate the teaching effectiveness.Methods The observation subjects were 26 of Grade 2020 and 2021 postgraduates majoring in traditional Chinese medicine gynecology at the First Clinical Medical School of a certain Chinese Medicine University.13 postgraduates of Grade 2020 served as the control group,while 13 postgraduates of Grade 2021 served as the experimental group.The control group was trained according to the routine management of postgraduates of traditional Chinese medicine gynecology and standardized training for resident physicians,while the experimental group was trained in a four-dimensional model of"reading-thinking-research-practice"on the basis of the control group.Results The theoretical scores,sub-item skill scores,and total skill scores of the experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction with each sub-item of teaching effectiveness in the experimental group was higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of Mini-CEX scores:at the end of the second stage,the scores of all indicators in the two groups increased significantly compared to the enrollment period(P<0.05),and the experimental group had higher scores in each Mini-CEX item than the control group at the end of the second stage(P<0.05).Conclusion The four-dimensional model of"reading-thinking-research-practice"can improve the learning initiative and enthusiasm of postgraduates of traditional Chinese medicine gynecology,promote their research ability,clinical thinking ability and practical abilities.
